1. Production and Delivery Process

All products produced in Veraepoksi are made of epoxy material.

Drying and production times for epoxy products may vary depending on the size of the product, design details and customization features.

Therefore, the production time of your order may vary between 15 and 55 days.

After the production process is completed, the products are carefully packaged and delivered to your address via a contracted cargo company.
2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping time varies depending on your location, but takes between 2-5 business days on average.

Our company is not responsible for delays caused by cargo.

Be sure to check the package during delivery; if any damage or missing items are detected, have the courier officer draw up a report.
3. Right of Return and Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, our customers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days for standard products.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-designed and made-to-order epoxy products.

In case of any manufacturing defect in the products, exchange or refund is made.
4. Return Conditions

To request a return, you must send an e-mail to destek@veraepoksi.com with your order number.

The returned product is checked after it reaches us; if it is found suitable, your payment will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.

Refunds are made using the payment method used in the order.

Return and Exchange Policy
We prioritize customer satisfaction when shopping through Veraepoksi E-Ticaret. Therefore, the following return conditions apply:
1. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must send a written notice to destek@veraepoksi.com within this period.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

Used or opened products

Personalized or specially prepared products upon customer request

Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
3. Return Conditions

The product must be sent complete with its original box, packaging, accessories and invoice.

If the product is damaged, contaminated or deformed by the customer, returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs belong to our company for returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

After the returned product reaches us, its suitability is checked.

The cost of approved returns will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method as the customer.

For credit card refunds, it may take 3-7 business days for the refund amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank.
5. Damaged or Faulty Products

When your order reaches you, be sure to check it with the cargo officer before accepting the delivery.

A report must be kept for damaged or incorrectly shipped products and a notification must be made to our company.
