3. Order and Contract

When your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified e-mail address.
The contract is deemed to be established when the order confirmation reaches the buyer.
Our company reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock out, pricing errors or technical problems.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in Turkish Lira (₺) including VAT.
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or other specified methods.
Product shipment will not be made without payment confirmation.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Orders are delivered to cargo within an average of 15-55 business days after confirmation.
Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the cargo company.
If the package is checked and damage is detected during delivery, a report must be drawn up by the cargo officer.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Products that have been used, opened, or prepared according to personal preferences are not eligible for return.
The price of the returned product will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method within 14 days after the product reaches us.

7. Warranty and Liability

Products are under warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty is not valid for problems caused by improper use, operation contrary to the user manual or user error.
Our company cannot be held responsible for any interruptions or technical errors that may arise from users' access to the site.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

Customer information is used only for the purpose of carrying out order processes and is stored within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

9. Dispute Resolution
